I’ve seen so many “Realtor® of the Year” awards by magazines and websites I’ve never heard of. I understand the politics game and the way people want to be perceived. If your motivation comes from money, and not character, then it all means nothing. There’s no incentive for a Realtor® to work harder and negotiate more if they are getting paid the same. Just close the deal and get paid right? Why create extra work for yourself? This is where Justin is different. His best quality is his character. He’s motivated to help people. Justin helped me buy a house in the middle of a pandemic. When I sent him a house I liked, we were usually going to see it within 4 hours. Offers would be submitted by that night. Updates were sent daily by text or a phone call. Justin is confident, wise, and has discernment. He knows how to negotiate and use timing to your advantage. He was able to negotiate repairs and a new roof when originally the seller said they would not pay over $500 in repairs. He could’ve just settled for accepting what they said and getting paid, but he turned an average deal into an amazing deal in the middle of a pandemic and he didn’t get paid more for the extra headache, even though he should’ve. He genuinely wanted to get me the best deal he could. Justin plays the long game. If you take care of people and work extra hard for them on the front end, it always pays off on the back end. Money only motivates people temporarily, and it’s not sustainable. Justin is motivated by genuine care to help people, and it shows. He’s one of the most selfless guys I know.
